This store is amazing! I got great service, great information and products exactly what I needed in five minutes. Previously, I had spent almost a full day, trying to find two pretty simple hardware items that I needed to make two different repairs in my home. I went to six hardware And specialty stores. Pretty rude service but good selection of stuff.
just moved into a new place and needed some kitchen and cleaning supplies. first went to target and whole foods. big mistake! they were missing so many things. went to win long after and was able to find everything and at a much more affordable price. shop local!
Bad customer service. Have been in a few times, and the first time I got James at the register, and he was nice and fairly helpful, but since then every other employee I’ve encountered has been lazy and unhelpful, even telling me to “google it” when I asked directly for help.
