money hungry… Wanted me to make an appointment about something that could have been texted. It was just a list of lab work.
I really was hoping they would be a good fit but 1 bad apple will rotten the tree. The receptionist was very sassy. In a mental health building you would think the receptionist would have some sort of training but NOPE. I watched her do it to other patients in front of the doctor! And I thought wow if the Doctor seen her treat patients like this then how would the doctor treat me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
They are all about money! They try to run your insurance weeks prior to your appointment and then they will cancel your appointment and charge you a rescheduling fee. Just go elsewhere it is not even worth it because they cut my appointment 20 minutes short because they over booked.
Horrible front desk receptionist. They will cancel your appointment without cause. Do not even waste your time. Rude and lazy scheduling person.
I highly recommend looking for a different business that deals with helping people and not just making money. They withheld sending my meds to the pharmacy due to the co-pay not going through, after I was seen. I ended up in the ER with bad withdrawals because of it. Sessions are short, maybe 10 minutes.
