Service Manager Is Terrible! Win Kelly Service department is terrible! I received a recall notice in April 2014 for the deadly ignition switch problem. I called for an appointment 04/28/14 and they stated it would be a couple of weeks for the parts to come in and would call me then to schedule the appointment. On 06/17/24, I called again to check on the parts/appointment and was told it would be another couple of weeks. Finally I had an appointment on 07/24/14 at 8:30 am. Judt not interested My wife and I went to the dealership to look a a new vehicle... we parked in front of the showroom and walked past it to find the vehicle... no one even ecknoledged we were there, despit it being a weekday and having a showroom void of customers. After we found a vehicle we went and stood in the showroom for a few minites before a greeter directed us to a salesman (I heard her ask "Does anyone wnat to help a customer?")... Great Service Department Took my Tahoe into have the brakes checked and the folks at the front counter couldn't have been nicer. Took my information and gave me an estimated time it would be completed. Called me a few hours early to let me know that had completed the job... when I told the young man that I had to wait for my ride to bring me to the dealership, he offered to come pick me up. Luckily I had a work friend who was heading in that direction. Fast, good, friendly service.
