Terrible home inspector company they are dishonest with there inspections over exaggerated all the minor things found by wording the recommendations as major structural damage if not repaired example (a light switch plate inspector Tao said it was not aligned due to structural problems) REALLY all I did was moved the plate to be aligned. This inspector company cost me thousands on repairs to make buyer happy and then due to the over exaggerated recommendations and there dishonesty I lost the sale of my home. WIN home inspection did an amazing job on my buyers recent home inspection, they were very thorough and we received the report right away. David and his staff operate with the utmost professionalism. I will use them again in the near future and cannot recommend them enough!
I used this inspection company a few months ago and they did an amazing job. Not only that, but I had more questions yesterday and David (the owner) took the time to call and answer those questions personally. He made sure I had a clear understanding and answer to all of my questions. What really impressed me the most (and I’m not sure if this was listed on their website or not, but it was definitely a huge plus), is that they will come back out and do a re-inspection at no additional charge!!
