They were prompt, thorough and explained everything about the house we should be aware of starting with the most important things. Everything was explained without using industry jargon so anyone could understand the issues and potential solutions.

I was very pleased with my experience having WIN provide a home inspection for me on a house that I plan to purchase. George was on time, extremely clear in advance about the process. He thoroughly inspected every aspect of the property and the buildings on it. He took hundreds of photos and provided a verbal review upon his completion before he left the home. George is exceptionally skilled at uncovering structural issues that most of us would never notice. During our inspection, he identified a hollow space beneath the garage floor - something we would have completely missed.
