RecommendedThe inspector that we received was amazing. We made a call and was able to get an inspection done within two days. He was on time and talked with us about what he was doing, he also showed us things that was wrong with the home and explained why they need to be fixed. Mark Wrathz service throughout the entire inspection was excellent! He is extremely detail oriented, satisfying even the most meticulous perfectionist. On top of that, during the evaluation of our property he took the time to explain everything he found. At the end he gave us a lovely binder, to organize our home inspection reports, with enough space to include a hard copy of our contract on the home as well. I was able to very easily organize every document pertaining to the property we are purchasing.
Mark went above and beyond what I expected and was incredibly thorough. I learned several things and left with a lot of confidence in my home purchase. I highly recommend his services.
