Very thorough and detail oriented. Explained each item on inspection with great detail. I would highly recommend WIN Home inspection. They did our inspection of our new build and 10 months later he came back out and did a reinspection to help make sure if there were any items that needed addressed I could do so before our 1 year warranty on the new build was up. Such a great benefit to using WIN.

Micheal and Scott were very thorough and inspecting our home. They were very willing to explain what they found talk about it. Listen to my opinion I would have them back anytime to inspect any of our properties.

I highly recommend Michael Bergen/Win. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. I liked that he was also Prompt and Courteous and Reliable. I was also very satisfied with the very through/detailed Inspection report with photos. Very clear and easy to understand and follow! He called shortly after the Inspection was completed and my report followed ahead of 24hr time frame. A Home Maintenance guide was also included as well.
