Great experience! First met Juan when he did an inspection for the buyer of a house we were selling. Liked him right away and ended up hiring him to inspect the next house we were buying. He was prompt to respond and set up the appointment with the builder. We recived a fast next day turn around of a detailed report we can now take to our pre-drywall walkthrough and present to the builder. Juan did a great job with our inspection and was very communicative. The inspection was simple to book with availability the same week.
Juan is awesome! He is so knowledgable and a true expert in his field. He's also very communicative and despite all the houses he's doing, he takes the time to talk through his findings and gives the best advice on how to approach things. Definitely looking forward to staying in touch with them as a resource for future inspection needs.

Couldn't say enough great things about Juan from WIN Home Inspections.
