So used this WIN home inspection.When Mr.Barry Dryer came out.He seem like he was doing a good job.The inspection took over four hours and we followed him around the house.At the start we should up 10 min late he said he had already been on the roof and the roof look fine look new and he didn't find any problems with it.Three months later we had a big rain storm and found out that the roof over the guess bathroom is leaking,So we had a roof company come out.The roof guy told us that the roof was done wrong that who ever did ... read more
Bob English was amazing! He was very thorough and professional. He found roof issues that had been fixed temporarily but would have issues in the future. He identified various items on the subject structure that either required maintenance now or required periodic maintenance in the normal course of ownership. Finally, his secretary was perhaps the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Thanks Bob!
