Had 8 bucks on there yesterday. We know we use about 5 bucks a day so we was gonna add some more today but they shut off power early this morning. Somehow randomly used 8 bucks in one night. No phone call or nothing. Took and extra 50 to get it turned back on. Second time this has happened with our newborn. I work at coaline so no issues with ability to pay but they must have people at the button ready to flip the switch the moment you use up that last penny. Again no phone call no warning. Once-a-week outages are excessive and indicate a serious problem. This level of service is well below industry standards and requires immediate attention. I urge the company to address these issues promptly. Wednesday, June 4th - power went off again.
