I should have listened to the one-star reviews. I purchased a pre-owned Silverado here in early November, and in just a couple of months it’s been one issue after another. When I showed up to pick up the truck, there were no floor mats. When I asked about it, I was told, “If it didn’t come with mats, we don’t provide them.” That alone should’ve been my first red flag. Okay I have two trucks I took to this dealership the 1st that I'm still financing for a transmission and regular oil change. They gave us a good price and was able to use my GM points for most of it. Now the 2nd one was a theft recovery that they said they can repair with my crappy back then auto insurance "State farm."
