I am writing this review in response to a message sent to me by Arman Kanonas from Chevy of Carson. In his message, he stated the following: “You’re not required to purchase dealer add-ons, but we’re not required to sell vehicles without them.” This clearly indicates that the dealership is conditioning the sale of a vehicle on the mandatory purchase of dealer add-ons. Stopped there twice and never could find a salesperson. The dealership add on list is ridiculously high.
2025 Update : They now get 3 stars because their service is just okay. Not great, not horrible. The dealership was sold a few years ago. After owning a Nissan and going to their service locations for over 10 years, my Chevy and the service at this dealership was a welcome breath of fresh air. Prompt and polite service, no "upselling" or false statements about things I needed to get done and a comfortable indoor waiting area. GM and this dealership have made me a repeat customer.
These guys are CROOKS. They advertised a 2021 Toyota Tacoma for $22,500, then refused to sell it to us without adding on at least $5000 of ‘accessory package.’ I was buying it for my teenaged daughter, who was heartbroken and sobbing in the dealership when I insisted on paying only the advertised price.
