Esmeralda is always the best to deal with in Service!!! She turned two very crappy situations into solution’s for me. Our family had all the major 2020 Chevy Suburban problems at 48,000 miles all at once and she managed the situation great. I thought I was going to be out thousands, bad tranny/torque converter/ leaky oil cooler/ oil pump/ motor mounts (and I treat my cars amazing and they look brand new) since I caught it early the extended warranty put up a fight.
