Dr.Chang has performed multiple knee surgeries on both my knees. One, at age 40, 2001, Dr.Chang performed what is known as a Lateral release, both right and left knees. The surgeries where successful and I regained full functionality in both legs. In 2007 he removed 5 pieces of cartridge from my right knee where I again gained full functionality in that leg. I am now on my way to 60 yrs.of age and in tremendous gratitude 🙏 to the Good Doctor Win Chang. Highly recommend him.
