Buyer beware!! Although the salesman was super nice, only 6 months after getting my daughter a car from here the engine needs to be replaced. This is the second time it has broken down since we got it. The dealership had it fixed the first time because it was the day after we got it. I suggest to save your time and money, just go somewhere else.

Do your research!! Horrible experience and customer service.. for one they can’t keep any workers every other month you’re speaking with a different person and bc the company is owned by an heartless individual it makes it even worse… loyalty is most definitely not something they suite in.. down payment is high, make sure you check brakes, wheel bearing, and all small details as I put more money in the car while making monthly payments… even when job changes and updates payments stay the same… they send txt about everything ... read more
You pay a high down payment and you think the vehicle is mechanically sound since it has low miles. Then they tell you it has a 30 day warranty. What? Almost immediately after purchasing, the cam position sensor goes out. Then 2 months later it starts running hot. Changed both thermostats and water pump. Found that someone had used steel seal to fix a blown head gasket. Shop where you want but I don't recommend Win Auto
