Horrible , John doesn’t return calls nor emails
Called in today to get some information about the Landmark Pro roofing materials. Spoke to John over the phone to get addresses where I could go and look at different color options we are considering. He was so pleasant and informative and was eager to answer all of my questions. We purchased all of our building materials from them when we built our home over 25 years ago and their customer service has not wavered. There is a reason they are still around today. Found a controller for one of their trucks and spent a couple of hours driving around trying to find the right owner the controller was not cheap at least a couple thousand, and so I finally found the owner being wimsatt in Shelby township after I had given the controller to him he asked if there was anything I could do I said I hate to ask but a couple dollars for gas since I had driven this controller around for 2 hours trying to find the owner he only gave me 20$ I’m not the type to complain but I feel as though more comp... read more
