Avoid Wimpy's. It's that simple. Just over 18 months ago they installed a water heater in our home. The installer broke the existing drain pan at the time, but quipped "don't worry, with this water heater, you won't need it anyway." Well, 18 months later the heater is leaking into the heater's electronics. I called today to get a replacement installed.
