Spencer is doing an excellent job managing his store. All the tecks are excellent but so far Dave is my favorite if one does have a favorite. other than Spencer, of course. All the rocks and Repairmen always go out of their way to assist. They are excellent to deal with that is why I always recommend them to others who are looking for machines either high cost or low.
I was convinced to buy this quilting machine from Wimmers I bought against my better judgement but my husband insisted that this was a wonderful buy a wonderful warrantee well if I want to pay 100 dollars for them to travel 2 miles to honor that warrantee I could get it serviced. So I called someplace else and they fed me the same line of bull and said they would come out for no cost that was three weeks ago and still no call or help with this worthless $7000.00 machine in which I have managed to get 3 baby quilts out in alm... read more
