Wimco should be avoided at all costs. They are dishonest about their properties and refuse to help their customers in difficult situations. Wimco has cost my family thousands of dollars based on inaccurate location information and continue to perpetuate clear inaccuracies and refuse to address unsafe villa situations. Do your family a favor and avoid wimco at all costs.
We rented a villa in St. Barths starting 3/22. St. Maarten (wisely) closed the airport to all flights, so we cannot get there (even if we wanted to). WIMCO will not refund our money, which had been paid in full. 😢
Good inventory but they do not try to help you when you have significant issues to deal with. Other villa companies treat you as a customer. For Wimco, it seems the villa owner is the customer.
Long time clients of Wimco! Most often St .Barth’s - great selection of properties, FANTASTIC staff (shout out to Antoine on the island and Suzanne G in Newport!!), and amazing amenities and services. Highly recommend!!
