First of all stay away. The residents are mostly renters they are disrespectful and disruptive. The building has major repair issues including plumbing which they would not and can't afford to fix. Hoa is going through the roof. The board is incompetent they are cosmetically fixing it but . Run don't buy or rent. Not in a great neighborhood Alot of homeless and break-ins in building not safe at all
