Very poor experience with the Wimbledon Association. Communication is ineffective, and the approach toward residents is unnecessarily rigid and unreasonable. Instead of addressing situations with common sense or open dialogue, they issue notices as if minor issues were serious violations, even when matters are corrected immediately. Worst place ever. HOA is a nightmare. You think you own the place but own nothing. Maintenance man Jose is harassing and will do anything such as spy outside of your apartment and do anything over you. Like throwing leaves with a blower and filling up your whole patio and walkway.
