DON'T MOVE HERE My family and I has leased a unit in this complex since October. One of the bedrooms HAS NO ELECTRICITY AT ALL !! And we have constantly put in orders to have someone come out to check the wiring and outlets in the ENTIRE apartment because MOST OF OUR OUTLETS DON'T WORK.
Excellent I've been a resident at Wimbledon for 3 years. The previous management was horrible, this new management CAF Management has done so much for us so far. Office staff is GREAT! These ladies gets everything done at a timely manner. They have fixed the parking lot and they are improving so much more for this property in which we needed it. I totally recommend this property.
Infested with roaches and very unsanitary These apartments are far from luxury . Sewer drains outsides of the apartments leaving a very bad odor. Since the apartments are very old, the roaches are infested in the walls . There are holes in the walls where rodents can get through. The dumpsters are left with trash and odors for days. The neighbors are loud with beer cans being left on the grounds. Maintenance are stealing from apartments, when your're not home . Affordable but old It is old apartment complex but has a safe neighborhood. the school district is Klein which is a good school district in houston
Worth the Money This property is older than some others in the area. The neighbors are quiet most of the time. The one bedroom is rather small but worth the price compared to other properties. The parking is not assigned and can be a burden when coming home late at night. One night might find you parking at the opposite end of the property then you have to walk all the way back to your building.
