While the apartments themselves are nice, the hydronic heating and cooling system make them nearly unlivable. The system can only run as a boiler or as a chiller, so AC is only available when the chiller system is on. The chiller system runs from late May to mid-September and is controlled by property management so tenants and owners cannot control it.
