As a contractor plumber, I came out to help one these units, and I must say the unit looked amazing! Gabriel is probably one of the only property managers that wanted to learn what I was doing, and seemed genuinely interested, a very rare trait, thanks for being awesome!

While the apartments themselves are nice, the hydronic heating and cooling system make them nearly unlivable. The system can only run as a boiler or as a chiller, so AC is only available when the chiller system is on. The chiller system runs from late May to mid-September and is controlled by property management so tenants and owners cannot control it. This means about 9 months of the year the boiler system is on, and boiling water is constantly running through the radiators, making the apartments super-hot! Even when all th... read more
Spacious open space with lots of amenities (pool, laundry and tennis courts). Near to public transport, bike trails and CU campus. Some apartments are pet-friendly as well.
