Dan and Jake installed a new dishwasher for me after trying to fix my old one. They were out a couple of times, each time very quickly after submitting a request. They do good work and are considerate of tenants and their spaces. Thanks guys!!
Car was broken into "things" stolen. Property Manager forces into apartment after being warned resident was naked and taking a shower. My car was hit by a snowplow and Property Manager said to "just hit it back" into the parking spot to the driver. People remove things from shared washers and throw them on the floor, but leave the rest of the clothes in to complete the cycle. Old man was robbed after slipping on ice. And a neighbor bit their brother's nose off.
Maintenance (Dan & Jake) repaired my washing machine in no time at all without leaving any mess. Much appreciated
