I have enjoyed the whole process, from visiting virtually, doing all that was necessary to sign up and finalizing my lease with Petra, the building manager who is an absolute gem it's been great meeting Boardwalk staff, maintenance, cleaning and even tenants in the building. What a great place to live. Petra is a fantastic manager and I could not for better. The staff that I have met, wow. Super accommodating. My suite is wonderful and the tenants are all very friendly. The only drawback is this. When I moved in, I wanted a unit with a balcony. But there wasn’t a southeast unit available. I was told I would have to wait 6 months before I could move. I keep bugging Petra( in a kidding way because I haven’t been here 6 months as yet), well yesterday I was told a new rule is been implemented. The n... read more
