This was my wonderful home for two years. My suite was clean, newly renovated. The staff was friendly, if I had any problems they solved them pretty quickly. The only downside is that there is no washing machine in the suite. Very grateful for the great time spent in this building ☺️
I have lived at Wimbledon Apts for just over two years now and Petra-the amazing Manager, and the staff are always so professional, kind, and so quick to respond to my requests - big and small. Admir, one of the efficient Maintenance staff, is amazing as well - always quick to help out. Petra is the BEST Manager that I have ever had while living at Boardwalk-run apartments - which I have lived in several over the years, not just here in Edmonton, but also in Calgary and in Saskatoon. This house has a great administrator. Always ready to help. I recommend
Building maintenance is VERY quick at responding to calls, and also very clean. You cannot get away from the cigarette stench though, from the underground parking to the hallways, it very frequently seeps in to my apartment as well. UPDATE: My apartment was broken in to in 2023. Not feeling safe afterwards, Boardwalk still would not let me break my lease to move elsewhere.
I’ve had a great experience with the apartment building’s service and management. The staff is professional, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is kept clean and secure. Overall, a well managed property that makes living here comfortable and stress free.
