With the new Florida condo fee's has increase at club villas @ Wimbledon park to 430.00 HOA for condo and pool fees is way to much now. So rental fees has to go up just to make 200 profit now. the condo fees don't need to be this much because the landscape has not improved and buildings wont be improved at all. I need to sell now and buy a house that has no HOA or very little.
WIMBLEDON PARK CONDOMINIUMS CLUB VILLAS I've lived in this community since 2003. Each year this community gets better and better. They work hard to help keep our property values up and the property looking good and safe. It's sad there are/were a few residents that aren't happy because they do not follow rules and cost the association money.
