Wayne and his wife and very sweet. We had no problems when renting from them.
Do not do any business with this company and the owner Wade Wolfenkoehler. They only managed my rental property for 7 months after my property manager retired. Now they owed two months of the rent that they received from my tenant. I tried to contact them many times, but didn't return any of my calls, emails or texts.
