Vet tech Jimothy (maybe Timothy, the writing hard to read) was so kind and compassionate. Clinic very clear on options , pricing. Triaged animals appropriately, so not first come first served. Clean clinic, front desk staff was awesome.
I went in for what I thought would be a simple asthma treatment and it turned out to be the worst day of my life. I lost my soul cat fig. Dr. Annie Todd was the one who had to help my sweet sweet fig cross over. She reassured me & made me feel safe in my decision. She was so soft with him and told him how good of a boy he was. Easily five stars. We brought in our elderly cat after he injured himself. The staff approached us before we even got to the front desk. Our cat was treated very well. He was taken back immediately and they got his pain under control probably within 5 minutes of our arrival. Working in an ER (for humans), I understand the frustrations people have when it's busy, but it's important to understand EM is prioritized to help the sickest the soonest. Wilvet literally saved my fur baby's life. We thought maybe she had just eaten something that upset her tummy, but it turned out it was way more serious than that. She had emergency surgery and then spent the next few days fighting sepsis. We were so scared. Since she's a husky with anxiety, our visits were actually making things worse for her, so they had the rough conversation with us about staying away so she could focus on healing.
