WOW - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - COMPLETE FRAUD. All the other reviews are correct, Wilver's service is a fraud. Not only did he not show up as agreed upon (would skip days almost weekly), but even worse, he sold me two different products that were not new but completely used. He charged me $4300 to put in a "NEW HEATER" even though I had just bought one two years prior. Punctuality, Equipment Maintenance, Responsiveness We hired Wilver’s Pool Service 2 years ago. At first all was okay but later on his service was very spotty. He was supposed to show up twice a week. Unfortunately, that was never the case. We were lucky if he showed up once a week. They did not scrub the title or really maintain the equipment. We ‘inherited’ Wilver as our pool tech when we purchased our house. He was supposed to show up twice a week. Unfortunately, that was never the case. We were lucky if he or his crew showed up one day each week and the date/time was always random. They did a good job cleaning the pool, but they did not scrub the title or really check/maintain the equipment. The reason why we fired Wilver was his non responsiveness. wilver and his crew were running a plaster pump to redo my neighbor's pool here in Palm Springs when the pump line exploded, sending a bright white heavy coat of cement 100' long and 20' wide over my walkways, plants, decor, roof, etc. I have asked him repeatedly to come by to help clean and he just won't show up. I am not going to sue OR beg him to help fix the damage he caused. I need to warn other's and I am available to confirm this unfortunate situation.
