I don't usually post reviews, only post when expectations have been exceeded. Friday I ordered a can of Osmo oil (by the way Osmo is a fantastic product for use on wooden floors) not expecting to receive until the following week, yet arrived first thing Saturday and was superbly packed to ensure no issues in transit. The price was very competitive and backed by good service. Will hopefully be using this supplier again. Happy Christmas everyone.

I ordered a few flooring materials online, and the items were handled and shipped very quickly. The tracking information was clear and helpful. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered £200 worth of oak nosing which wasn't as described. The photos which showed the profile of the groove were completely off. I then tried to contact them via phone, email and Instagram and just couldn't get through to anyone or get a reply. Won't be buying from them again.

So, we haven't received our products just yet but they get 5 stars and all thumbs up from myself and my partner for their fantastic service!!!! We had to call to change our entire order and Alex was amazing! He was so friendly, helpful and efficient and didn't even take the opportunity to make fun of us for our mistake! Hahaha. Great customer care. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful interaction, smooth and easy!

Needed some wood stains quickly to colour some laser cutting, received next day, absolutely perfect and was cheaper than others, highly recommend
