Stopped at the Prospect office 4 months ago. No phone call, no oil, again. Called 21 Century Reed oil in New Castle . Delivery in a few days. Quit blowing smoke up my $$# Wiltrout. Wouldn't recommend, not reliable.

My father 86 years old and a current and past customer of Wiltrout Oil, had called and asked for heating oil 3 weeks ago. Yesterday he ran out. I called and spoke to the boss who said it would be delivered yesterday. They then called and changed delivery for today. Today they called(Saturday) and said they would come out Wednesday. This is a 86 year guy with no heat.
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family! Very respectable and personable. They make you feel important
