I purchased a Universal Term Life Policy for my mom thru Allstate that was acquired by this company. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait for the payout to funeralize my mom. If you plan to purchase a Universal Term Life policy from Allstate/Wilton Reassurance, please make sure you read the policy thoroughly and ask questions about payout time after the insured passes away.
Wilton refuses to surrender my policies after I found a much better life insurance company. They continue to bill me to hold my cash value hostage. They will not surrender my policies and give me my cash value! If I stop paying, they will keep my cash value! Thanks Allstate for selling my policies to this horrible, horrible company.

Same here Allstate sold my policy to Wilton, I thought they were a good company being that Allstate sold to them. That’s messed up that Allstate sold to them, I’m sure they knew how messed up this Company was. I had my policy for over 35+ years, and they canceled me. I tried reinstating they refused me, so I lost my policy. All I have to say is karma!
Bad customer service.
