Wilton ripped me off of $75,000 when my husband died this past July. They are not responding to my lawyer at all and my lawyer has tried multiple times. They are scamming everyone! I want to have proof of how they changed our policies with no permission. And I want my money. We trusted Allstate and never had problems with them. And now I’m screwed when it matters most.
Allstate sold my policy to this company without my permission. I want a copy of my entire policy and they want $25. They told me to use the old Allstate paperwork. That is incorrect. A life insurance policy is extremely important and should be accurate. Also, I spoke to a Belle on 3/19/25 and she said my policy had a cash value of $26,000 - which it does not. It has no cash value. So she lied. I’d advise to stay away from this company, but like so many others, none of us had a choice. Shameful.
Same as all the other reviews, couldn't be more disappointed. Completely blame Allstate for all of it. They sold out to a useless company and ran.
Like everyone else it seems, this company is a joke. They increased my rate from $43 a month to $179 a month without any warning. I understand rate increases, but over 4x my current rate was beyond ridiculous.
My Life Insurance was with Allstate, who sold it to Wilton. I needed to update my last name on the policy. Customer service said to mail it to there Po Box, and email it, which I did since September 2024. Every week I call an as of now they haven't updated my policy because they claim they haven't received my documents. But like clock work my premium $$ is taken. God forbid something happens to me, my family will have an extremely hard time obtaining the money. Insurance scam really. Allstate should be ashamed.
