This place has become a joke. Very slow check in. Only one person helping a stream of people coming in to do X-rays, mammograms or bone age at the same time. It’s a one hour wait just to check in and no sign in, so patients are arguing amongst themselves who came in first or second. Person at the front desk is clueless!

Charise at the front desk took care of me above and beyond her job title! I had a problem with billing …which wasn’t her dept.but this nice sympathetic employee tried her absolute best to try and get my problem solved. After more than 15 mins being on the phone with various depts within the company she supplied me with paperwork to help me solve my financial problem. So nice to run across employees that care!! Very gratefully, Mark Hennessy
