Live here for a year. Cons: A lot of unexpected fees moving in and moving out with such expensive hoa fee already. The 10s tier always experience leaking, noise from elevator and no sun light even it's facing east, as the south bar of the building blocks all sun light. Privacy is bad too because you are looking into others' window if you live at the corner. Pros: most of the concierge is nice, packages are delivered safe. Great neighborhood and walkable distance from Metro. Gas stove, but no good ventilation.
