If you are thinking of moving here, please read this! For the past year, I've been disturbed by a man screaming nonsensical things at random hours of the day and night, which I find really disturbing and would often wake me up in the middle of the night. Sometimes you’ll hear other neighbors yelling back at him. Despite that, he still come back screaming on random day! YET, I don’t see anyone or the management doing anything to fix this or stop this from happening!

I moved into the Wilton house in the summer of 2009 when the building was only 5 years old. The residents are predominately business professionals that either work in Tyson's Corner (about 5 minutes up Gallows Rd.) or ride the orange line into DC proper/Arlington. The building is 15 stories and concrete/steel, so you hardly ever hear anything from the unit above you since the floors are concrete. The walls have metal beams, drywall, and insulation. We're stuck in this building We have one elevator working for the lower floor and you have to wait in a very dark room. There is no air or air conditioning in the corridors The smell of the furniture is stinky and unbearable, and with the lack of ventilation, you will suffer every moment when you leave and enter your apartment. The external doors are heavy, inflexible, and do not open in the appropriate direction (there is an idiot who designed this). Flying insects spread on the upper plates. I don't know how they got there
The front desk guy is so so rude, i wish I will have to never come back here again.
