This hospital looks as though it was built in 1700 and hasn't been renovated, updated or inspected since, outlets that don't always work, kennel doors that are busted and could potentially hurt a dog, ceilings that are molded and are crumbling down-and this is just to name a few. But the worst part of all is how the animals and staff are being treated.
