Having seen some earlier reviews it was with some trepidation that I went for my dental appointment but I have to say that there may have been some misunderstanding between the dentist and patients? I found Dr Medhi to be very expressive with his information about my teeth and indeed we were able to be somewhat jocular within the appointment, he has been very helpful and explanative on my requirements and we have arranged for him to fit a crown with two planned appointments. The guy upstairs Dr. Mehdi spent all his time belittling ,being rude to me and getting upset that I forgot his name my first appointment and nervous after reading the reviews on Google and Facebook, he never bothered doing a xray on my teeth as a new patient he didn't tell me I had a hole in my top tooth and tried removing a back molar and thobed me of to the hospital to have it removed, I went private in the end to get a second opinion, the tooth never needed to come out it could be saved, the practice it's self is run down... read more
They have been very kind to me and helpful.I have no issue .
I've been going to this two times now and I have to say the dentist I had was very rude Impolite and said was being rude when I wasn't I was extremely nervous and scared and made me feel worse and even told me that if he cleaned my teeth it would hurt don't go to this dentist it's awful never going back ever
