This apartment building is full of BED BUGS AND COCKROACHES! IT reeks of meth and weed. And of course they have a convicted drug felon & violent offender who steals his neighbors mail. Constantly have guests over when there should not be. NO RESPECT. AND AGAIN the convicted drug felon shouldn't even be on housing let alone reside in housing.
