Terrible customer service. Ignored by staff who were having personal conversations. Several questions were answered wrong/told I was incorrect about necessary recalls which they had sent in mail to me, until my husband went in and repeated the information to them. Suddenly they knew exactly what needed to be done. Charged the wrong price and had to make them aware even though the printed receipt stated correct pricing. Had to void their charges to my card. Extremely disappointing
I reached out to this Subaru dealership’s service department for a quote to replace a wheel bearing on my Subaru Legacy and was quoted $828. This is more than 75% higher than the $470 quote I received from Lithia Subaru in Oregon City and 25% higher than Subaru of Portland's $650 quote. The part directly from Subaru costs $282, and their breakdown was $378 for parts and $450 for labor. I have been bringing my wrx into the service center for 3 years every 3 months for an oil change and inspection. Up until recently I’ve had a five star experience. They missed that my alignment is off and now it’s so bad I have to replace all four tires. Also I had a gouge in my left front tire. took it in for an oil change and they stated in the paper work that tires were rotated. First time buyer at this dealership. Looking to establish long lasting relationship as all I drive is Subaru’s. Had to go in for something minor. Service rep was uninterested and quite frankly seemed annoyed I was there. Get your act together if you are customer facing and in the service business I expect you to come in looking professional, own your role, and give your customers your best each and every day.
