I purchased my dog food there and was always pleased with the service. Purchased a dog bed and found it the wrong size. I brought it back and was told beds are not returnable it's printed on the receipt. Showed the receipt which had no information on it being not returnable. She would not take it back. I won't shop there again. I like to shop locally but if that is the way they treat their costumers, count me out!

I recently had a foster dog spayed and during surgery they discovered her ovary was fused to her pancreas. They were expecting her to end up back in the hospital within 24 hours, but allowed me to take her home and see if she could keep food down. The food at the veterinary clinic was not to my standard for feeding dogs. I am an experienced dog owner. I was surprised with the rudeness I was treated with when I asked if they carry a certain brand of food. "No we don't and I don't know who does". Had you taken an actual interest in helping me it is carried in at least two of your other stores. This one is most convenient to me and maybe some could be transferred. I was just beginning to browse. However with this blunt response I walked out never to return.
