I've come here twice for a dip manicure, and both times the nail tech did a great job in getting the shape right. The problem starts the dip being so fragile. The first time I came in my nails only lasted two weeks before chipping. They were kind enough to fix it for free. The second time I came in however, my nail tech seemed to really rush the process as well as get noticeably upset when I wouldn't provide her with a venmo for tip. I had an average experience with my manicure and pedicure. I did need to ask my technician to revisit the callous removal since it wasn’t quite up to par the first time. The staff seemed disengaged and not overly friendly, which made the visit feel less enjoyable than I’d hoped.
