Issue remains unresolved after 2 service trips. Service code back on for same issue. For a total of three times in one month. Reached out to the manager and was told that there are up to 19 different factors that could be causing the code and they go through them one at a time. I then asked if that means it could be up to 19 trips before the issue is resolved and he said YES. At this point servicing at this dealership is a waste of time, gas and money. I sent my Town and Country for a recall. Here are couple of thoughts I have: 1. It is easy to make an appointment. 2. The dealer is easy to access by highway, easy for me to find a parking. there is a big sign on the building to point the service department. No confusion. See pic. 3. Service advisor Adam treated me well, also answered my question about insensitive remote control. A follow up message from him once after I drop off my Van. 4. Beautiful showroom; competent, friendly service people. The work was accomplish well and in a timely way. What I was not happy with was the charge of $480 for replacement of 20 lug bolts for the wheels. OEM replacement lug bolts are available on line under $50 for 20. In addition I was charged $40 for "Shop Supply Charges" (for changing lug bolts?). Full disclosure requires me to disclose that I was given 12 percent, $59.13 discount from mailed flyer.
