While they are capable of doing very good work and sometimes have people willing to talk to you and explain the situation in language you can understand, I haven't had the best experiences but that could just be my vehicle.
I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a multi point inspection about a month ago. They told me I urgently needed my transmission, brake, and rear differential fluids changed, as well as my two back tires replaced by the end of the summer. Luckily I deferred any repairs same day and did my due diligence because both tire centers I visited (Costco and Les Schwab) said my tires did not warranty replacement and had more tread than Wilsonville Jeep reported.
