Refused to help with lots of excuses and then ignored my requests for help when they messed up my warranty refund. It's been nearly a year and I don't have my $$$. They no longer have my trust. In response to their response: they could have helped me connect with someone at Findley auto group-which still exists! Or called mopar to help me.
