Left my tire tool out on my center console instead of putting back where he or she found it. Left the tool box out and open so I could possibly get in a wreck and have metal projectiles flying around inside my vehicle. Charged me for a wiper that was bad from the day I bought the vehicle and forgot to get it replaced on my first service. Wiper blade fell under warranty so should have been replaced under warranty, but I was charged almost 50 bucks for one wiper blade.
