I recently took my Equinox EV in for its first scheduled service at Chevrolet Wilsonville. Here’s my experience in a nutshell: Pros • Check-in was quick, and the service advisors were friendly and professional. • The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and has complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. • Total time spent was reasonable—about a 45-minute wait from drop-off to pick-up. Left my tire tool out on my center console instead of putting back where he or she found it. Left the tool box out and open so I could possibly get in a wreck and have metal projectiles flying around inside my vehicle. Charged me for a wiper that was bad from the day I bought the vehicle and forgot to get it replaced on my first service. Wiper blade fell under warranty so should have been replaced under warranty, but I was charged almost 50 bucks for one wiper blade.
I had an excellent experience with service at Wentworth. The procedure was smooth. No work was done without my approval and all quotes were accurate. The technician recommended a solution to prevent the engine wires in my Bolt EV from being chewed up by squirrels . Highly recommend them.
