Seriously the customer service sucks. I came in because my low tire pressure light kept coming on and I wanted to get my tire fixed. After the guy off the phone he told me the price and did even tell me what they had done. I asked was the tire patched and he rudely said yes mam that's the only way we do it. How was I supposed to know that? I will not do business at this place again and for the future learn how to communicate with your customers.
Today I went in to Wilson tire and asked to get my air recharged and my lines vacuumed and was told real quick they were booked and could not do it. In the same day I took my car to the rapid tire exchange in Clinton and the most pleasant service and took me right in and got me fixed up and also was cheaper!:)
Called my work trash work because I came in with used tires at 2:30 on a Friday. I told the owner, Marc Wilson that he could’ve told me no or to come back Monday if he felt that way. He gave a sorry a** apology because I heard him. He thought I couldn’t hear his remarks since I had AirPods in. He was sorry for being heard and not what he said. The sold my mom a car that had rust everywhere under the car and then didn’t even want to refund her down payment
Had an alignment done here. they did it wrong, and then passed the blame on to me saying my truck had mechanical problems. two mechanics have both told me it's a bad alignment. when I told them this, they said my tires need to be rotated. I'd rather just pay someone else to allign it than let these fools touch my truck again

We get our tires from Wilson and they always have the lowest prices. I also like how involved they are in the community and the bug out front is GREAT!
I went to Tire Engineers because my low tire pressure light kept coming on, and they told me I had three nails in my tire and it was imperative for me to replace it. I had a little free time today and decided that it was time to go get me a new tire since it was so important for me to get one. The guys pulled my car in and looked, I had 1 nail, and it was not imperative for me to get a new one. Best customer service and cheapest prices I have seen so far!! Would definitely recommend!!
