On June 8th I took my 5th wheel in for some minor repairs, at this time I asked Scott if Wilson’s would be able to install an awning on my slide on the right side. Scott responded with I’ll find out. Within a few days he called me or I stopped in to check on the other repairs during my visit we discussed the cost and time frame for all the work was to be completed. I was mislead as to what expertise they have in repair ability. Motor coach needed repair after a collision with a deer. Was advised "we have a person who can do fiberglass work". No they subed it out. Also subbed out other work. Out of total repair of around $45,000 Wilson Rv did about $2,700. They never told me once where it was unless I went to their location and asked or was informed by the insurer. It has been 7--7 months, not all their issue but communication was bad.
