I have used Wilson’s to install Starlink, to replace a toilet gasket, to troubleshoot an electrical connection in the ceiling fan. All repairs unsuccessfully, and at what I consider to be a very fair price and in good time. The power went out in my storage unit on a Thursday and I was preparing to leave for a camping trip. My inverter faulted because of the low-voltage and I called Scott. He said just stop by on your way. We’ll take a quick look. Amazing service! Scott was super helpful on the phone and great to talk to when I arrived. He did more diagnostics in 10 minutes, in the parking lot, than a big corporate shop did in an hour at $225! Told me several potential causes for my slide not working and did tell me that the only way to know for sure would involve taking it a part. Huge difference from being told that it needed $2350 in parts up front and $1200 or more in labor, and they never even opened the slide.
