Wilson's Orchard offers fun and great food for the whole family. Set on 88 acres of a beautiful valley, Wilson's grows 120 varieties of apples, available to pick or pre-picked. Pumpkins are also available to pick or pre-picked later in the season.Our bakery makes a wide range of homemade goodies, including our famous apple turnovers. Wilson's offers tractor rides, retail shop, and other fun stuff as well.

It appears that the "shindig" June 4, 2017 may be a test run. I know they have just recently opened. We only live a mile away. Arrived at 4:00 for a 5:00 pm performance. Lucky to get our table then. Come early. Entertainment was good. Great view. Nice people. Service was SLOW. Seemed to have a lot of staff, but kept hearing the word "Slammed"!!!. especially while waiting for bottled drinks. We just ate at the new cidery and Event Center. The food was good but the service was pretty bad. They served our appetizer just seconds before the meal, the waitress never check back with us, she took forever to get our bill and also for her to pick it up. Not a very pleasant experience.
RecommendedLove all the variety of apples and also the pasteries and canned goods in the store. We are just waiting for the new restaurant to open.
We enjoy visiting the orchard and love the shop. The warm apple turnover is a real treat for my hubby after appointments at U of I. They make a wonderful Sugar Free Apple Butter which I enjoy . . .and just a beautiful, quiet country side environment to enjoy. The shop is so clean and well stocked. A pleasure to visit Wilson's several times a year.
