My low oil light came on as I was traveling home from work. I stopped at Napa in Bingen and tried to find the correct oil but failed. I asked for assistance. Luke behind the counter helped me select the correct oil and funnel. He even offered to come out and help me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised at his level of customer service. Thank you Luke!
Went in there to get a primer pump ball for my boat engine. They wanted $55 and if wanted the one with 4' of gas hose on it that was $120. I had gone in there years ago and it was exact over priced rip off. I went over to Walmart in Hood River and got ball with hose for $34. I can't believe they actually stay in business.
Awesome customer service and support. Needed a terminal connector while on the side of the road. The employee brought me the part and was able to get going again. Thank you 😊
