While Napa has a pretty good selection of miscellaneous parts and tools that some other places do not. Their customer service is lacking in every aspect. I purchased two commercial brand new batteries at the same time one of which was about seven months older than the other and I asked for a discount on said battery and the manager denied basically saying that it was just as good as any other battery. Edit the original which is below this as they reached out to me and upon going back fixed what I was hoping would of been done the first time. Yes it cost me extra time and trip to the store. Went to return an item I purchased the other day and did not used. It was purchased out at a different NAPA miles away. They even said when I purchased it that if not used it could be returned at any NAPA. Not according to Albany NAPA. They won't take back and reimburse me. Great customer service.
