UPDATE: Upon return to Oregon I went to this store and told them about what had happened. Without hesitation or interrogation they fully refunded my money. Prices seem to be competitive and the staff is helpful
Super helpful! Good quick service.
Had a couple batteries that were well with in warranty that wouldn't hold a charge and they refused to warranty them. Their lose, i will purchase hundreds of batteries over the next few year but no more from them. Don't have time to mess with a company that won't be honest with someone that spends thousands of dollars a year in there store. No better way to lose a customer than not standing behind a warranty.
