While Napa has a pretty good selection of miscellaneous parts and tools that some other places do not. Their customer service is lacking in every aspect. I purchased two commercial brand new batteries at the same time one of which was about seven months older than the other and I asked for a discount on said battery and the manager denied basically saying that it was just as good as any other battery.
