We have been with Wilson's for a long time. Just had the best service done by a lovely young man named Blake. Was very thorough, took time to figure out the issues we were having, despite only being booked for an annual service. Thank you so much Blake for listening to our complaints and for taking the time needed to resolve them!
had a phone call with thme in the morning and also had a postive experience on the Oil side - very happy with thier service but when they transfer me to the propane service, the lady knows nothing about the propane and the only think she knows is we charge you 129 for tank rental and told me I have to be their customer . If you dont tell me what services you have such as insepctin , maintenance and how am i going to be your customers ?
Wilsons Heating installed our heat pump system last winter and we couldn’t be happier! Wilsons team were very professional and efficient with the installation. I would highly recommend Wilson's. They recently installed a new heating and heat pump system in our home. Everything that we were told in the initial meeting took place. The quote was the quote. No trying to upsell us things we didn't ask for or come across unexpected additional costs. The installation crew was very patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how basic, during the installation. Editing my review as Wilsons did a great job rectifying this issue. I will say the phone system doesn’t make it easy to get to the right place whoch contributed tk my problem, but the credit team has been incredibly helpful and willing to work with the customer to make things easier. Delivery is fine, no complaints. The billing department is my issue. I’ve reached out a couple of times over the spring/summer this year to set up equalized billing.
