The quote was very reasonable compared to others. The salesperson we worked with, James Reid was excellent. He explained everything clearly, provided various options and was accessible. I would highly recommend Wilson's. They recently installed a new heating and heat pump system in our home. Everything that we were told in the initial meeting took place. The quote was the quote. No trying to upsell us things we didn't ask for or come across unexpected additional costs. The installation crew was very patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how basic, during the installation. Editing my review as Wilsons did a great job rectifying this issue. I will say the phone system doesn’t make it easy to get to the right place whoch contributed tk my problem, but the credit team has been incredibly helpful and willing to work with the customer to make things easier. Delivery is fine, no complaints. The billing department is my issue. I’ve reached out a couple of times over the spring/summer this year to set up equalized billing. Was promised a mailed form and when that didn‘t come, left a voicemail with finance and never got a call back. Now I’ve missed the deadline for equalized billing and was just passed to finance again to leave another voicemail. Why? So they can ignore me again? Please do better Wilsons.
