I’ve normally had a good experience when it comes to ordering propane for my home but when I called yesterday to discuss getting a quote for a new on demand hot water tank the lady in propane sales told me it would be $150 charge for one of the techs to come out. I said excuse me? I said I wasn’t going to pay for a quote when I don’t know if it needs replacement or an upgrade. She said “oh well” with a laugh. I have been with Wilson's home heating service for at least 30 year's and will be for many more to come. They are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Their service department on the furnace is top notch can't get any better thank you guys for being the best.
I have called several times, left 4 messages for dispatch Jeannie and after being assured by 2 other agents that she will get back to me, it's been over a week and still no contact. I am now looking for a better propane provider.
Called on Monday, need oil, not an emergency. Checked my tank today. Full. And, my bill was less than past winters. Nice.
We have been with Wilson's for a long time. Just had the best service done by a lovely young man named Blake. Was very thorough, took time to figure out the issues we were having, despite only being booked for an annual service. Thank you so much Blake for listening to our complaints and for taking the time needed to resolve them!
