I called yesterday to get help with finishing the installation of my mini-split in my shop. I needed to have my line set tested for leaks, vacuum of the line set and release of the refrigerant. I had done the entire install and just wanted an expert to check things over before firing it up. No leaks, vacuuming went well. Released refrigerant and unit is up and running. They showed up today. This was our first time using them, and we worried about the weather, and our wood burning stove as we have not been able to find a place to look at it. This place showed up on my search and we took a chance, and now we will keep using them. They came out even though the weather was starting to get bad, and didn't hesitate.
