Very friendly. Found the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly.
Called Wilson because my AC isn't keeping up. Preston sent Gabriel out right away and he spent a bunch of time testing, cleaning and optimizing my outdoor unit. It's undersized, but he did everything he could to make it work as efficiently as possible under the conditions. Gabriel was amazing! I need a massive overhaul of our system and Wilson will be our choice.
Best service ever! Preston is the Man, knows his business, shows up on time, knows the trouble shoot process and gets it done! Great job on my A/C fix. The capacitor was shot, Preston replaced it in minutes, now on the hottest day of the year, I am enjoying the cool air again!
I called yesterday to get help with finishing the installation of my mini-split in my shop. I needed to have my line set tested for leaks, vacuum of the line set and release of the refrigerant. I had done the entire install and just wanted an expert to check things over before firing it up. No leaks, vacuuming went well. Released refrigerant and unit is up and running. They showed up today.
