We got an e-bike (not from Wilson’s) and after receiving it, we weren’t able to ride it and didn’t know what was wrong with it. After taking it to two different places, who couldn't diagnose the issue and attempted charging us, we finally brought it down to Wilson Scooters Repair & Sales and they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix our e-bike. After having the bike for almost a month and never riding it, the team at Wilson Scooters fixed our e-bike and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you for the amazing service!

First of all, they don't speak English, second they overcharge for everything, 3rd they said 500 for a navee scooter that was on display, then I come back, bring them some customers that need parts and repairs and then he tells me 750 for the same exact scooter.He was negotiating and saying no tax with cash, then he said cash doesn't matter on 750 instead of 5, who's going to buy a more expensive scooter in store?... just buy it online... will not be going back to this place

They are most likely able to fix ur scooter but they provide the worst service. They also like to upcharge for everything they can and demand tip after. Watch out theyre out to get you Edit: I have been here multiple times 2 out of 5 times they did a good job. However their attitudes were not nice and they didnt feel comfortable with me watching them work because they didnt want me to learn more about my scooter. I also went in TWICE to ask what they could do to fix my prior issues with them and they just tried to run me aro... read more

TERRIBLE! I Don’t RECOMMEND This is the 4th time I bring my son scooter to fix and still with the same problem. They charge over $200 just to fix it. No one speaks English when you get there.
